Elite Ice Hockey Goaltending Coach | Former National Champion
Juliette “Cinder” Sinclair is an elite ice hockey goaltending coach, former NCAA national champion, and professional goaltender known for her composure, precision, and ability to perform under pressure.
Her path through the game—from youth hockey to collegiate and professional competition—has been defined by discipline, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of improvement. As a goaltender, she built her reputation on consistency, control, and the ability to read the game before it unfolded.
After competing at the highest levels, Juliette transitioned into coaching, bringing the same intensity and attention to detail to the athletes she develops today. She founded CinderWall Goaltending to create a training environment focused on building complete goaltenders—technically sound, mentally strong, and prepared for the demands of elite competition.
She is known for her calm, controlled presence in the crease and her ability to read the game before it unfolds.
Philosophy
CinderWall is built on a simple principle:
Control what you can. Anticipate what you can’t.
Goaltending is more than reaction—it’s positioning, awareness, and timing. The best goalies don’t chase the game. They understand it.
Every detail matters. Every repetition matters.
Brick by brick, the wall is built.

Coaching Approach
Juliette’s coaching focuses on developing both the physical and mental aspects of the position.
Training emphasizes edge work, angle control, rebound management, puck tracking, and situational reads. Just as important is the mental side of the game—resetting after adversity, maintaining focus, and staying composed in high-pressure moments.
Her athletes learn to slow the game down, trust their positioning, and make controlled, confident decisions in the crease.
Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, Juliette brings a measured, observant approach to both training and competition.
Her work is rooted in preparation, awareness, and the belief that the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
Today, Juliette works with goaltenders across North America and Europe, helping athletes build the foundation they need to compete—and succeed—at the highest levels.
CinderWall Goaltending exists to develop more than just goaltenders.
It builds the foundation teams rely on.
